States.

What is a state?

When it comes to consciously manifesting, you might hear all sorts of terms with no clear definition in order to actually understand what they mean, and the entire process ends up seeming a lot more complicated than it actually is. Let’s go over the definition of a state to begin with, “The particular condition that someone or something is in at a specific time.” If we rephrase this definition in our own terms, it would be something along the lines of “The recurring and dominant thoughts you have at a specific time.” It is nothing outside of you, or more complicated, it is simply another word for “thoughts”, really. Depending on your circumstances, upbringing and solidified beliefs, your train of thought changes; and that defines the state you’re in. Let’s say you’re incredibly confident in your physical appearance, you go to the hair salon with the aim to get a new haircut, but unfortunately, the hairdresser messes up your hair and you end up hating the final product. You will spiral and your thoughts will, in most cases, be self deprecating when it comes to your physical appearance; you find yourself in a state where your dominant thoughts are the opposite of what you usually tell yourself and so your state changes from confident to self conscious. This is a subjective example, it does depend on how important your hair is to you, and countless external factors as well; but the point remains the same, your thoughts change and so does your state. How could someone in a state that reaffirms that they do not have money ever become rich? That would make no sense, simply because rich people are not in a state that reaffirms that they are completely broke. Kylie Jenner for example, would never have dominant thoughts that support the idea that she does not have money, because she does, and so she remains in a state that supports the fact that she makes a lot of money. The concept of a "state" is essentially a label for a set of recurring dominant thoughts, so how do you get into a state? You change your thoughts! When you find yourself wishing for different circumstances than the ones you are currently in, it indicates that you are in a state that corresponds with the reality of not having what you desire. As we've discussed previously, the world seeks validation from you, rather than the other way around. A common misconception is that achieving a particular state requires specific techniques like meditation or positive thinking. However, it's important to understand that states of being can be attributed to one's state of mind, without the need for any specific practices. Simply put, you can replace the concept of "state" with "state of mind.”, and that is mainly,  just your thoughts. It’s nothing you have to actively work for, in fact, it is only natural for you to go from one state to another, the lower and higher parts of life are all a reflection of your inner conversations and thoughts, in order words,  your states. For example, if you’re in a state where you’re constantly thinking about how you never get what you want, that includes all sorts of thoughts that align with that affirmation specifically, and so you end up having thoughts and experiences that just support what you’re telling yourself. If you're in a certain state of mind, it may be difficult to attain your desires, regardless of what they may be. This means that if you have unfavorable thoughts, dominantly, you may find it challenging to achieve your goals. Conversely, individuals who have a positive outlook and approach to their goals are more likely to attain what they desire. It all boils down to one's mindset and the way they perceive their circumstances. You can feel like you’re stuck in a state of mind, but that could also be rephrased as you wavering and struggling with consistency; you’re not stuck, your mind is pulling you back. If you’ve read the previous articles, then you must have a solid understanding when it comes to what happens when you affirm something completely foreign, and how that reaction is only natural and not objectively logical. The mind likes consistency, when you’re in a state of self loathing thoughts and recurring affirmations that align with that, it is consistent and that is all that matters to your mind. When you affirm the opposite and cheer yourself up, your mind will find every excuse in the book to hold you back from affirming the opposite of what you’ve been consistently telling yourself. Your mind will back up your previous self deprecating thoughts by reminding you of experiences you’ve had while affirming from that state of mind, trying to paint a logical picture just to get you back to your familiar way of thinking. It is a natural reaction, this is why we experience loops as well; you just recycle your thoughts because your mind favors consistency over everything. No need to beat yourself up, it’s normal; now, like I often say, we can be both self empathetic and self reflective. You just have to move forward, that’s it, and just run through it. It’s easier to do when you realize that it’s not you being realistic, but rather just your mind trying to stay consistent. Like I said in the last article, what is “realistic” is subjective, and so you can change that definition based on what you think and what you eventually experience due to your train of thought, that, itself, moves you from one state to another. (Ex ; It is normal to make under 1K a month, it is realistic to -> It is normal to make over 10K a month, it is realistic.) It is not a technique, and neither is affirming, I want you to clearly understand how this works to avoid any confusion further down the line. When it comes to affirmations, it's simply a matter of thinking positive thoughts. The states you experience in the present moment are a reflection of your dominant thoughts. In other words, your mindset and the thoughts you focus on can have a significant impact on your current state of being. When you think thoughts that affirm you have what you want and push forward, you will always see results simply because your subconscious seeks out external confirmatory stimuli to validate your claims, which translates to experiences as well as all sorts of changes depending on what you desire to manifest. When you get results, you see them, you acknowledge them, and your thoughts will express that by affirming that you actually have what you want even further, turning it into your new  normal, your new way of thinking. That changes your train of thought and brings you from one state to another, it changes the way you view manifesting, the way you view getting results, the way you consciously operate, everything! In the process, you move to a state of mind in which it is now realistic to get results and have what you want, that unlocks all sorts of things inevitably. After seeing the results you just obtained, how could you possibly deny the power of conscious manifestation? You could try, but your mind would remind you of the results you got simply because that’s what you’ve been constantly reminding yourself now, so there’s no going back, really. Once your thoughts solidify when you get results, you cannot just go against the process simply because you understand how your results came to you; you are basically set for life. With regards to the concept of "state," it's important to understand that it is not something external or greater than yourself. Rather, it's simply a shift in your dominant thoughts. So, when you encounter this term, don't think of it as something supernatural or beyond your control. Rather, see it as a shift in your mindset that can be achieved through intentional focus and effort. By taking control of your thoughts and shifting them towards a positive and productive direction, you can achieve the desired state and reach your goals.

I think there is a bit of a misunderstanding. Inner convos are affirmations, you are telling yourself something; you are forming thoughts -> affirming. Visualising with the aim to manifest happens because you think that is a way of getting your desires; you're consciously choosing to visualise something specifically because you think it is going to get you your desires -> you affirm that visualising will get you your desires. You are always affirming because you are always thinking; an affirmation is just a thought, which is why affirmations in subliminal audios are written in a way that would resonate with your subconscious, just like your regular thoughts do. It doesn't have to be poetic or well written. Affirming consciously 24/7 by repeating the same sentence is a way of saturating the mind, that can be achieved by doing all sorts of techniques depending on what you resonate with most but it is in no way a technique, simply because to your subconscious, it is natural. That's just persisting and it is normal, changing years on internalised beliefs is challenging because your mind would rather side with your recurring train of thought. It is all about making a conscious decision, saying that affirming is a technique would be saying that consciously manifesting is a techniques; and everything loses meaning with that statement. Affirming is natural because thinking is natural and your subconscious does not reject thoughts simply because you repeat them or form them consciously; so to your subconscious, it is natural to affirm, even robotically. It might feel like a technique because you observe your thoughts and consciously form your own, but it is no different from going on a rampage on autopilot.

I want it, I got it

You are not affirming 24/7 your aren’t sitting there saying the same sentence repeatedly. It’s usually through inner convos visuals ect. To say affirming is thoughts is not true if it isn’t natural.

It’s not though. How do you naturally think it isn’t in the affirming matter.? People think through inner convos, visuals, sometimes in the way of affirming. That’s usually not natural though.

In my opinion its not a technique since it’s just thoughts

I believe, because it all circles back to your thoughts if we look at things objectively, affirming is just thinking thoughts; which you do approximatively 70000 times per day. When you consciously make the choice to use a technique in order to get your desires, it is all with the aim to saturate the mind; which inevitably happens both consciously and subconsciously, this includes thoughts, in other words, affirmations. You do affirm 24/7 already, you are always affirming something (good and bad) because you are always thinking, shifting your thoughts could be rephrased as consciously manifesting; affirming for your desires. Manifesting is a natural process, it is not a technique, choosing to do it consciously would just mean that you are not operating on autopilot anymore; you are observing your thoughts and affirming what is most favorable; because you are always affirming anyway. You are always telling yourself something, affirming for your desires could be rephrased as telling yourself what you want to see. The process of consciously choosing to affirm for something does not turn thinking into a technique, it happens anyway. It all circles back to your thoughts, if you don't actively affirm and use a technique, you still have thoughts that support the idea of getting results by using said technique; and that in itself is an affirmation.

I want it, I got it

Enforcing the need to affirm 24/7 is a technique. Like how LOA influencers are promoting it, it’s a technique.

Hey! Could you please elaborate upon that?

I want it, I got it

Affirming in the way is promoted is a technique.
