A wealthy Japanese buyer saw potential in the property and the school. He swooped in and purchased the school for a cool 17 Million USD, with plans to rebuild it from the ground up.
And that's exactly what he did.
Three years ago, the school was completed and rose from the ashes like a phoenix, with a sleek new simple, and clean design, instead of the big cement walls they used to be.
The school is now an exclusive institution with only 15 slots per year, mostly filled with wealthy and intelligent students.
