40:32 Notice how it starts off with the toilet flushing and sonic says "I can feel a new power, my body feels light" and at the end it says "Sonic lost two kilograms", the joke is that the weight he lost is from using the toilet and that's the real reason he feels lighter. Also, the cooked monster cells went down the toilet drain.
