As while Marin cockblocked herself, by talking about her wanting to cosplay a main character of an influential novel during the after party. Leading to Gojo leaving early to do his research on the novel character, and most of the others there know in some way that Marin was planning on confessing to him. By the time of the next event, it is one of her biggest cosplay display. Bringing in a massive flock of onlookers and camera goers, to encircle her in a camera shooting. But Gojo finds himself feeling a pit in his gut, as he finds himself feeling jealous that so many people are seeing Marin in such a radiant light. That for the next couple of chapters he's putting some distance between himself and her, because he doesn't want that feeling to cause problems for her. Until he winds up in her home, and spilling his heart out to her, from her prodding him. Leading to her instead being so elated by how strongly he feels for her, that she lunges onto him, and turns into a kissing demon. Even as Gojo falls backwards in her foyer, with Marin on top of him, while trying to get her to let go of him (Potentially suffocating from her lips over his). With the following chapter starting with them on her couch, while she's tightly sticking to him like a koala, and strongly reluctant to let go of him, now that they've finally officially become a couple.
