Shinobu doesn't really worry about Senjougahara because she's just a girlfriend and maybe someday wife. Shinobu and Araragis connection is a lot more unbreakable and I guess you could say stronger. When you're literally someones other half you don't need to worry over such mundane relationships. Her not liking Nadeko is rather easy to understand but I don't really see why she would glare at Kanbaru. Maybe because she hurt Araragi so much? Shinobu used to be my favourite character in fiction until I read Bookworm so I might be biased when I say she's easily the most complex and interesting character in this series.
