Funny you noticed Ultimate Echo Echo didn't clone himself. A fan theory once suggested that each Ultimate form losses one ability in the evolution process, but it never really confirmed. From only the aliens you've already seen: Humungousaur never grew his size, and Swampfire never showed control over plants. But the whole theory comes apart when you think about Cannonbolt and Big Chill having no nerf. Still a fun thing to think about tbh.
