The Christiana scene we saw today sadly takes place MANY years before Liam's current timeline. Not trying to get too far into spoilers, just felt like the anime didn't make that as clear as the LN.

2025-04-27 19:05:20 +0000 UTCOne thing from the LN that this episode didn't show was Liam learning to manifest a spherical magic barrier around himself through Yasushi's bullshit tennis ball training. The rocket punch is a cool new addition. Amagi isn't supposed to be participating in any fleet battles either because Liam is so overprotective of her, but I'm not about to bitch about more best girl screen time. Also agree that it'd be great to get more anime-original SoL Guide scenes.

In episode 3 LIam ordered Amagi to make many more android maids to help run his realm, so that might have been the two who attended her. I get the impression that the "pirate and princess" timeline might be out of joint with the "regular" timeline with princess events all taking place in "present time" -- if so, she may have only been a captive for days or weeks. Appreciated that the villain's evil hobby was something more than just taking slaves or being lustful. Though I suppose if Princess HAS been transformed into a horrid blob -- and we're getting Eminence in Shadow flashbacks here - then perhaps she can be rebuilt into a robot/cyborg? But I think the timelines are just out of synch....
