With all their bombs and laser blasts, kind of looked like ITEM did more damage to the facility than the Railgun. If Mugino was right and the rating is partly how much the scientific community can profit off you, then maybe Misaki's "number 3" status might not just due to her potential and skill, but because of all the use they made of her genetic profile in the Sisters project! That would be a dark irony....
