When the anime went into production, she retained the role of Yotsuba while the other sisters were recast. In the scene where Futaro identifies the sisters incorrectly, Yotsuba's outfit is actually a dead giveaway for Japanese audience, as the number 428 can be read as her name per a form of wordplay called "Goroawase" (which utilizes various readings of numbers in the Japanese language). You can see Yotsuba holding up her shirt with a "How did he miss that?!" expression on her face.
