I am actually not so much annoyed at Akane but about the writers... I don't think Akane acts reasonable. This is like a setback, she was way more openly friendly with him. I don't think their past rivalry explains her behavior enough. Even as a tsundere, even with their background, Akane is out of character to create new drama. If this was episode 3, granted, but this Drama feels soo artificial, no immersion left. With the last minutes - Akane did not even apologize about the mean things she said and Saito heard and wants a cake as an excuse for him lying about the date? Oh how I wish the dangers in my heart back.

Luckily we got Himari who is fucking awesome so far! Totally rooting for her to win even though is almost guaranteed that Akane will end up winning.
