Memmeln is definitely behaving suspiciously. It's currently hard to tell whether or not her actions are the result of Hirose's interference in the original storyline. There are things that speak for and against it.If Memmeln also commits the betrayal in the original, Hirose should actually know about it. But if she doesn't have a plan, that speaks more to that not being the case (or she just forgot, lol). On the other hand, Hirose has clearly stated that the event with the priest also happened in the original, just at a different time. Since it currently looks like Memmeln enchanted the Void, it's very likely that she did so in the original as well, which would mean that she also betrays the group in the original.
