wo nah its more then explaining the grail you should whatch episode zero😂 there is a hole servant fight your missing watching episode 1 without zero. not to mention this series takes place in America so maybe watch it in dub lol. i whatch both so it dosent matter to me

Just know that the Fate/Stay Night (Fate, UBW, HF routes) is considered the main series while every other Fate spin-off is an AU. Fun Fact: Ayaka Sayjou was the original protagonist of Fate Stay/Night (aka Fate/Prototype) before being replaced by Shiro and her servant in that was Proto Arthur (male King Arthur) while this Saber is a new character and was just released in FGO JP for New Year’s.

2025-01-01 07:26:42 +0000 UTCI would highly recommend watching Episode 0 of Fate/Strange Fake. A lot of stuff happens, I wouldn't pass it off as just a prologue explaining the grail war setup like the first episode/zero of Fate/Zero or Fate/Stay Night.
