Sirius has to be Fortuna. The parallels are too strong.

After Fortuna’s death, Sirius stole Fortuna’s hair/eye/ear from her body by some surgery, so that Geuse could love her. This might explain why: 1. She’s in bandage 2. She actually hate Fortuna/Emilia’s appearance 3. Geuse seems not in love with her.
