So what i got from the puck stuff is that when he made a contract with her, he completely sealed off her past memories, and as we saw in frozen bond she used to have vague nightmares about the past. So maybe she would have eventually remembered but puck didnt want her to ever remember cause they are painful memories and so completely sealed them off.
