She had a special focus because of him from the start. And it looks like she lives up to the expectations so far. As Quinella said - unlike Eugeo, she didn't break the seal by emotional response, but through logical defiance. They order is the order of turning them into sythesis knights, so you can relate it to who broke the taboo first as well. For me the 2 are not related, they're special if they break the taboo. However the seal of the right eye is to prevent them from desiring to break the taboo in the first place. Hence why it's a sabotage and making them "extra special". Alice is special to Kikuoka due to the projects name A.L.I.C.E - Artificial Labile Intelligent Cybernated Existence. I think the priestess of light is a plothole that is never explained.
