Her mom is basically the same as her daughter, bright cheery and most likely a popular one too. And she fell in love with and married the quiet awkward guy.. like you Ichikawa. YOU'RE LOOKING IN A MIRROR, ICHIKAWA! THERE'S A CHANCE! Even if it isn't gonna be Yamada, a girl who accepts you and goes at your pace is out there. But they're rare. A girl like Yamada who is patient and goes with your pace.. is Rare. The pacing for the relationship is definitely fantastic. Not too slow, not too fast. Its just right. And it doesn't retrace the same steps like the previous episodes didn't exist. I mean sure Ichikawa still has his doubts and insecurities.. but he's pushing past them faster than in Season 1.
