Yes, she's voiced by Risa Taneda who voices Erina from Food Wars before she got replaced due to health issues by Hisako Kanemoto who also voices Tuka in Gate.

It's 50 cal cause it's 0.500, half an inch, or 12.7mm in diameter. That's the ammo the big on top of the vehicule uses. Their normal guns are smaller, prob 5.56mm in diameter. Caliber is more complicated than that, it involves lenght of the bullet, but that doesn't particularly matter here. :D
