Hajimes arm technically acts like a shot gun by using the knock back force to punch with, and about the bully all I will say is hajime rn looks at him like an insect he genuinely holds nothing against him cuz he sees him as SO weak he’s not worth revenge the anime does skip an encounter they have but it doesn’t matter cuz the story still flows without it imo
