WHITE LIES

In continuing my theme of Italian models today, here is another great set of Claudia Lion, a model from the Padua region of northern Italy. Goofy, funny, and curvy in all the right places, this special lady became one of my favorite models the moment I laid eyes on her eclectic, dynamic work.

Though we only began working with each other a year ago, we’ve kept in almost constant contact via Instagram and WhatsApp. She’s a film student, focuses most of her life on art and fashion, and loves taking elegant, high-fashion self-portraits that are better than even some of the images I’ve taken of her!

My girlfriend and I met up with her when she stopped by to visit between her drive from LA to SF. We spent an afternoon shooting, gossiping, and talking trash, being both productive and having a lot of fun. I know you’ll enjoy all the faces she makes and her grand, sincere, dorky smile and laugh in many of these behind-the-scenes images.
