BLUE MOON
Seeing the great model Porcelain in a classic room styled like the Madonna Inn, one is instantly transported to a different time, a time of class, of politeness and proper names, of style and beauty, and of complete elegance.
Porcelain was made for that time period, so the fact that she has to live in a world of short-shorts, crocs, people wearing pajamas at airports, and more saddens me the same way I’m saddened to hear when the last of an animal species has gone extinct. For all the complications and inequalities of the past, people do still long for the old ways of dressing, the days when people cared and took time to present their best selves. Sure, Blacks weren’t allowed to be people and abortions were done in back alleys, but at lest Victory Curls looked amazing on the dance floor.
Porcelain is truly a natural beauty, and her personality, that sweet, endearing, goofy charm, is something that you will feel lucky to experience, if even for a moment. This was taken in one of the Madonna Inn’s blue rooms, and with her crimson hair and pale skin, she looked like she was born to be there, as though, if there were any justice, time would stop and she’d be able to be preserved there for all eternity.
Enjoy this stunning set of one of the most talented models and one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known.
