NAVY BLUES

Earlier this year, while shooting with Jenna and Erika, just as we were packing up ready to go, i realized I hadn't shot Jenna on the cliff. Or rather, I had forgotten her turn. She said it was okay, but with the pastel light of the setting sun, I told her to hurriedly put on a pink/purple outfit to match the tones and quickly get in position.

Though the outfit wasn't exactly what I would have picked, I had her stand on the cliff on her own as Erika patiently waited with our bags and gear.

With her standing alone there, a small story began to brew in my mind of her being a lonely girlfriend waiting for her fella to return from sea. Maybe I'm overly romantic or just silly, but that's what popped into my mind. Do these images tell a story for you?

I only took a few dozen shots, and being at the end of the day, she was stiff and losing energy. still, I think the exercise was still enough to share here at the Discount $5 Level. Let me know what you think of these!
