CLASSIC PINK

The thing you notice about Lillias Right when you take her photo is just how fragile she is. For all her beautiful curves, for her strength and business acumen, for all her defiance and proper defense of her femininity, she has many deep thoughts swirling through her brain.

When you work with her, she has solid opinions, knows what she wants, yet is open to suggestions with the people she collaborates with. Still, in unguarded moments, when she thinks that you or the camera isn’t looking, you’ll catch a slight sadness, a twinge of melancholy. And for some reason, I find that endearing.

For many people who look at these freelance models online, it’s easy to view them as celebrities living a glamourous life. But believe it or not, their lives can be lonely, distant, and often and emotional struggle. Especially someone like Lillias, who constantly gets unwarranted hate mail from people. They criticize her size, shape, and even the confidence to show it all off. As a creative person, it is never easy to expose yourself emotionally, but when you factor in showing yourself physically, a vocal minority of negativity can definitely be overwhelming.

But despite all that, Lillias manages to handle it all with grace. Her sweetness shines through, and her natural beauty overcomes any other doubts to her fans that they are supporting someone truly special.
