Coming to Life, 1/2
Added 2016-10-13 17:37:47 +0000 UTCA few years ago I felt the need to get a little dark and weird and creative. I missed getting my hands dirty making actual things, so I began turning cardboard and paper mache and paint into spikes. I figured I could string them together somehow and make turn a model into an alien/animal creature.
It took about three evenings after work to layer-dry-layer the paint just right, doing it all by hand with a 99 cent raggedy brush. Once I had convinced Stephanie, a thin, waifish model I thought would be perfect, to join the project, we were good to go.
