No matter what others may say or think about your image, it only matters what you think of your own self, and McKenzie struggles with that often. She always appreciates how flattering I am to her, but as I've said a thousand times, "These aren't compliments, they're facts."
Ten minutes later, she shook off her negative feels and was ready to get back to work.
