Huge improvement in all departments on this one!Huge thanks to @billnyethereal on the RSS Discord for getting the materials to work as intended, something was broken on my end, and this wouldn't look nearly as good without him!

From this material rework, I will end up doing a refresh on the normal WEC #38 and #12 as well. Fixing not only the materials but the livery as a whole (as the original I made had a lot of issues).

Included within the #38 Hertz Jota Mobil 1.rar is also a LITE version of the skin. I intend on this being used on systems that struggle with higher res skins.

It is downscaled dramatically, and doesn't hold up well close up, but should work fin if you wanted to simply run the skin in larger AI races
