So, the draft for Time to Orbit: Unknown is complete. The story is 183 chapters long and will continue to release on the website until completion.

At this stage, the plan is to have a Patreon vote, where all patrons get to decide which story I write and release next. However, there is a slight complication to this -- a popular option in these votes is the Charlie MacNamara series, an almost-finished series that I wrote for r/hfy before I started doing regular web serials. The plan, should it win the vote (which it's very likely to do), is to edit and complete the series.

The issue here is update schedule. Some of my readers have read the existing chapters of Charlie MacNamara and some haven't. Feedback from readers has suggested that simply dumping all existing chapters of Charlie MacNamara on readers would be overwhelming and they'd prefer a regular chapter release schedule; however, I don't want to leave readers who are caught up on Charlie MacNamara with nothing new to read for months at a time.

So, here's the plan. Charlie MacNamara will not appear on the Patreon vote list for the story to succeed TTOU. This is because I'll be writing and editing it anyway. Starting immediately, the TTOU release schedule will scale back to 1/week, releasing in its current Tuesday/Wednesday slot, and Charlie MacNamara will release on the weekend. The vote will be for the story that takes over TTOU's slot and releases concurrently with the edited and completed Charlie MacNamara. This way, everyone continues to get new material, and people who haven't read Charlie yet won't be overwhelmed with dozens of chapters at once.
