This week's Dropbox files have been updated. Since the public version of the game is also being updated this week, the monthly files have been updated as well. The latest build includes a wide range of changes, including updates to the body status GUI, gradual body modification systems, new transformation mutagens, gameplay mechanic additions, and more.
Originally, this week’s progress report was intended to be a Patreon-exclusive post, as last week's report was public. However, due to the previous update being made private (patreon-exclusive)because of provocative content, this week’s report will be made public with appropriate censorship where needed.
The main focus of this week’s update is preparation for the upcoming body modification system. Significant groundwork has been laid and many internal systems have been overhauled. As shown in the first image, a body status GUI has been added. You can access this interface by clicking the existing x-ray button, which will display the current status of your character's body. There are four status categories, and three new bodily statuses related to mutations have been introduced. You can view detailed flavor text and their effects by hovering your mouse over the corresponding elements.
Sharp-eyed players may notice that the protagonist’s body proportions have changed. This is due to the newly implemented gradual body modification system. As your corruption level increases, your character’s appearance will shift accordingly. For example, reaching a total corruption level of 3 will unlock a new status called "Estrogen I", resulting in a more curvaceous body type. The underlying code has been rewritten to support these transformations in a modular and scalable way, which will make future enhancements - such as insectoid corruption - more visually distinct and varied.
Mutagens have also been introduced. Unlike standard mutations, mutagens do not merely alter your body - they transform you into entirely different creatures. The second image shows an example: a fully transformed canine abomination created by mutagen exposure. Currently, mutagens can be acquired as enemy drops and provide minor stat boosts alongside temporary transformations (across three body parts). More mutagen types will be added in the future, and upcoming updates will introduce semi-permanent variants with unique abilities and improved accessibility.
As character transformations and mutations become easier to implement, clothing will gradually be replaced by implants and equippable machinery. For higher-tier Patreon supporters, exclusive polls and suggestion events will now focus on transformations, mutations, and infestations replacing clothing and accessories.
