MetaMorph 0.1.5.3 is out!
I've updated the weekly and monthly Dropbox files. This update includes a new penile body modification scene, four variants of penile shapes, and some minor UI changes and bug fixes.
I had been working on a branching system for body modifications, but ended up removing it - even after implementing it - because I plan to introduce more involuntary mutations in the game. I thought it would feel inconsistent to let players carefully choose their transformations, only for them to be overwritten by random mutations later. So now, transformations are randomized from the start.
Body part transformations remain consistent throughout the game unless they are overtaken by other changes. These bodily transformations are not yet reflected in CG scenes, but I plan to adapt the intercourse minigame scenes significantly based on the character’s mutations. For example, if conditions are met, Rey will be able to top certain Xenos using his giant horsecock.
I've also improved the quality of the CG scenes, as shown in the example image included in this post. There's still a lot of room to improvise, and limitations due to the animating progress (such as shading and body part connections), which I plan to work on once the semester ends.
The monthly Dropbox files have already been updated. However, since I want to finish the body modification sequence first, the itch.io public version will be updated later. Updated polls and Dropbox links will be posted shortly.
