A new game update has been released today (and will be uploaded to itch.io soon). This update includes CG scenes for every mob and introduces a post-game gacha mechanic. With the core foundations of the game now complete, we're ready to move on to the next phase.
New Stages & Enemies
Since they form the backbone of the game, we will constantly update the new stages along with new enemies and their corresponding CG scenes. The second map will be set in a mothership-hive, where insectoid creatures with their appendages will swarm the area. However, unlike previous mass enemy additions, these new creatures will be introduced gradually as part of a long-term update cycle.
Player Power-ups & Mutations
The game’s basic leveling system is themed around underwater creatures. While these transformations significantly alter the player’s abilities, they are temporary, resetting each time the player returns to the ship. This was an intentional design choice to encourage diverse gameplay strategies and maintain a level of challenge.
A new mechanic will introduce persistent mutations. By capturing Xenos and extracting their DNA, players will be able to acquire new transformative skills, making them more accessible over time. Under the right conditions, players will even be able to fully transform into Xenos-something already partially implemented with the slime mutation.
On the topic of DNA extraction, we're also considering implementing monster capturing and breeding. As an extension of this system, we plan to introduce hermaphrodite female Xenos as a new type of content. And really, what better candidate for breeding experiments than a Xeno carrying the protagonist’s DNA?
Hermaphrodite Female Xenos
Or, in simpler terms, futanari monster girls. Some will have a more traditional "monster girl" aesthetic, while others will lean into a more uncanny, alien beauty—similar to the shopkeeper Xeno. Regardless of their design, one thing they’ll all have in common is large external organs.
Rather than being common enemies, these characters will function more like NPCs or companions that the player can interact with. Seeing the same distinct character models engaging in the same activities repeatedly would feel stale, so instead, we're focusing on meaningful interactions. You’ll be able to build relationships with these characters-or, if that’s your thing, even experience a bit of cuckoldry.
Exploration & Main Story Progression
We've revised the way the main story progresses. Previously, players had to manually visit Ash and click a button to advance the story, which felt cumbersome and unintuitive. Now, the story will progress automatically as the player climbs through the floors, making it easier to follow the narrative.
The main story will revolve heavily around corruption and will receive consistent updates to keep players engaged. Players will also have opportunities to explore the ship, uncover clues, and seek assistance-if they’re clever enough. These choices will ultimately influence the game’s branching endings.
Events & Minigames
Currently, in-game events are mostly CG scenes. Players trigger an event, watch the story unfold, and receive an alternative reward. While this system is straightforward, it can feel somewhat anticlimactic. In the future, events will factor in the player’s stats to determine success or failure, with failed encounters leading to sticky situations.
More minigames are also planned. The current minigame for intercourse is a simple reflex test-meant to be easy and rewarding no matter the outcome. Harder minigames will be introduced, though they won’t be combat-intercourse hybrids, as such mechanics could become tedious (and difficult to speed through). Instead, these minigames will be optional story-driven challenges that provide rewards for success.
Conclusion
As you can see, our plans are not overly rigid or complex. That’s because intricate plans rarely work out as expected-flexibility is key. More importantly, we’d love to hear from our patrons about what content they’d like to see in future updates. Your feedback will help shape the direction of the game.
