Do you like honey? I sure do.

To be completely candid, I’m not 100% sure whether I do this out of laziness, efficiency, or what, but rather than mixing up a dressing and then pouring, often times I’ll just drizzle some (lately I like using infused) honey, some olive oil, and call it a day! Whatever gets you eating more healthy things is still a healthy choice (unless… gasoline or mt dew is your beverage 💀) so “I’ll be taking fries with that, thank you!”

Honey is so versatile I love it. I’ve been slowly making my way into exploring cooking with little sweet notes of either honey or dates or fruits and such. (As opposed to strictly, savory, salty, etc)

I don’t have a problem with eating salads since they can come in such a variety, but my recommendation to people who do— try adding some fruit and honey to your salad! My favorite choosings out of fruits for salads are in this order— #1 apples, #2 blueberries, and #3 strawberries :) it you want to get even more nutrition to your body and super hydrate, slice some cucumbers in there too! Not all green has to be leafy and boring… Pick some of your favorite vegetables and steam, bake, or light-roast, and toss it in there too!

Personally, the most frequent salad I make is really quick, and mostly for efficiency but tastes good for how simple it is too!

My go-to toppings I never go without:

- hemp hearts/seeds

- pumpkin seeds

- sunflower seeds

- neem-infused honey

- almonds or walnuts

Honey is my go-to sweetener, love adding it to savory or spicy foods, it deepens the flavor. Also that fire looks salad
