I remember a long, long time ago I agreed I would share food pics and since then I always take pictures of my food but never share them. 🤡 Adding this to a list of commitments I will try to build a habit of doing. Hearing how many of you are trying to stay committed to eating and living healthy, maybe we can keep each other accountable and this can also provide some inspiration and encouragement! (I can’t guarantee everything you see will be the healthiest though, but we both already know that’s not the point c:)

Today’s dish is a salmon piece accompanied by cucumber, squeezed some lemon over it all, some dill on the cucumber, et voila! Simple meal that simply makes me happyyyy :) I ate some kale salad too ‘cause I like my greens and I wanted a little more on my plate. Unfortunately I was short on time so I couldn’t make a more hearty side but the salmon was still filling. 👏

Today I was really looking forward to cooking salmon because I didn’t get to yesterday so the craving was extra fresh. 😆 I love salmon, soooo much. 🤤 So much so, if we were to go some place fancy for dinner, I would likely choose a salmon over steak dinner if available. 😂 Though, that does make me think, steak dinners always look more aesthetically pleasing next to a wine glass… Ive heard over and over that white wine pairs well with most fish but I’ve never actually eaten the pairing myself. I wonder if this applies to salmon as well?🤔

Anyhooooow, getting ready to start Thank You stream tonight! I pulled out and dusted off a drawing pad I haven’t touched in almost five years when I was drawing a webtoon. I recently came across an amazing bundle from Humble that gives you a year’s license to clip studio paint and tons and tons of paid brushes and assets and resources for such a steal price. I really want it. You might see that pop up on the Throne so I don’t forget about it 😆 we’ll see how this stream goes (literally praying there’s no scuff and I have to scrap the drawing LOL)
