Added 2021-07-21 18:51:56 +0000 UTCIf you're a patron who has stuck around since before hiatus, If you're a new patron who pledged after the hiatus and you're still being charged AFTER your initial pledge, or if you have not received a reward from a tier that you pledged to, Send me a PM.
I do not mind if people unpledge because that is their business, I am not entitled to support. But I have received a few exit surveys that complain about the above issues though I have not been contacted prior to them leaving. You can still unpledge but let me make things right.
At the end of the month the pool of income that I see in the backend does very little in telling me where it came from. I get new patrons, current patrons, and webtoon ad rev all in one place here, so there is no way for me to tell if you're being wrongfully charged unless you tell me, or I manually comb through every patron monthly.
I am only human and I do make mistakes, so if I forgot to send your rewards. Tell me.
If the site is still charging you, that's not my intention. You WILL receive a refund. Just talk to me.
I will be back in action as soon as possible. For those of you who have stuck around, thank you. I really am sorry for the lengthy leave. I honestly want nothing more than to be free from these books.

You deserve all the support in the world for being such an amazing artist and writer! I am super excited for more stuff, but please take however long you need to :)
