So I feel like I need to address this.

As most of our existing Patrons know, last month we made some small changes in the way we deliver our early access content. This was due to the influx of problems we had been having with people stealing, and reselling our 3D models into other games.
We were fully transparent about these changes - it's mentioned across all of our newer posts across our socials, as well as on our public pinned 'info' post here on Patreon.

We can't control who joins, so we wanted to do what little we could here on Patreon, to protect our work. As any creative person would do.
It wasn't a huge change, and something that a lot of creators already do - If you're a new Patron, simply message us upon joining first - that's it.
After that, all links get sent out automatically going forward (if you're still a member) & you receive the content directly to your inbox with a 1-click easy download. In fact, you receive the content before even the main post goes up on Patreon!

So, to the person who left that on the exit survey;
I'm sorry you think that it's 'weird' we'd want to protect our work. I'm sorry you somehow think it's such an 'awful experience' to simply drop us a quick dm upon joining. I'm sorry in assuming that a 'supporter' would understand what we've been through, & see no huge deal in dropping us a message first.

In all seriousness, you know what is awful?
Being harassed & sent abuse. Seeing something you've worked hard on then be resold, without permission... often for so much more than what we charge for our own content whilst it's in early access.
It's not a nice feeling, and it's even worse when you're being harassed & sent abuse by these same people.

We are not robots, we have feelings.
We're always kind to everyone... but we need to do what we can, as small creators, to protect our work... work that we work damn hard on! 😅

Anyways, I'm hoping this comes across in the way I'm meaning it to, it's always tricky with text/writing (it's also very early here in the UK, I've not had much sleep & have work soon 😭)
