But really, am I missing something here? Is it really that hard for people to just be polite? Not a simple 'Hi, I was a patron before but can't find content I had on your page anymore, could you help or may I have a refund please?'
We are always happy to help anyone, patron or not. We always say this.
But it's messages like this that make us wonder if it's even worth the hassle.

First Hi and thank you for all your great work... what people need to understand is that you have the right to feel and express those feelings but not to accuse and be out right rude and disrespectful simmers understand these creators don't get paid for these cc and or mods that we get to download most times free so with that do you get rude with ea games when the game glitches make it make sense and do better...Ijs😁
