Little Notice

Ok, so I just wanted to post a little something regarding the exit surveys.
I don't check them too often as I don't find them helpful, and *sometimes* on the odd occasion, abusive comments have been left. This isn't nice. Constructive criticism is always helpful & welcome. We always do our best to improve & support patrons/answer questions, but some things are just out of our control.


'It was too hard to find or access my benefits/rewards'
- If you ever struggle to find any of my content, please reach out and let me know.
It's impossible for me to help if you don't reach out or message me.
That being said, please use the filters at the top of my page - that way you can view content specific to your tier, by month, and/or by tag.

'I didn’t receive the benefits/rewards described on the creator's Patreon page'
- I'm honestly not sure why, as we post content every month without fail & always try to keep patrons updated. If this were to be the case, please get in touch & will happily guide you to where you can download anything listed in your tier description.
I see this reason a handful of times from those that were in the 'Support' tier - when the tier description & title specifically states that it is just that, Support. If you don't want to support, that's completely fine... the option is just there for people who are wanting to. Some public released cc is also available to download on this tier for those who prefer it, too. But as also mentioned in the tier description - you can download the same CC for free on my Website without needing to join that tier.

Other things to Note:
Creators have absolutely NO control over payments. Patreon is in full control of processing all payments. This also means creators themselves cannot overcharge... The only thing creators get to choose is if their patreon is charge upfront or not. Most creators choose upfront to avoid people joining, downloading, then deleting their membership without going forward with their pledge. In this case, there would essentially be no point in having early access content. My page is charge upfront, then Patreon automatically recharges patrons on the 1st of each month going forward (if you haven't cancelled your membership before the 1st) You are free to cancel your membership at any point. Some cancel straight after joining, so they don't get recharged on the 1st of the month - & that's totally fine if you are wanting to do that.


I just want everyone to be happy, and if there are ever any problems - just reach out.
If you are not happy with the content - I'm sorry. We work incredibly hard on all of our content, but know we can't please everyone at the same time, so we just do the best we can. We aren't perfect, but if there is ever any issue we try to fix it.
For anyone that feels we aren't/weren't active enough - I'm sorry. Almost everything is created from scratch by us. Certain things can just take longer to make, such as complicated meshes/game rigs or sets, it's just the way it is.
We always post what and when something is up for early access on our patreon via tumblr/instagram, so people can see if it's something they would like to get early on patreon or not. It's totally your choice if you are wanting anything early, or choose to wait for public release.
We appreciate not only our patrons, but anyone that genuinely supports in other ways, be it by liking/reblogging our posts, tagging us in your pictures, etc... support is support.

I hope this post comes off ok... I'm not very good at explaining things sometimes & I know it can be hard to read the tone of text - this isn't intended to come across as anything negative, more just to clear a few things up & hopefully better understanding :)
