⛔NOTICE⛔ Using our meshes in blender scenes...

Really didn't want to put a post out like this, but I seem to be getting notified about this happening way too many times now...

As our T.O.U state on our page, in each individual post, and even in each package file, we don't generally allow our meshes to be included in blender scenes for download.
We create early access content for The Sims.

What about personal use, like for your own personal blender renders?
That's fine, we're totally ok with that & love seeing your renders!

However extracting our meshes that we work hard on from scratch, just to put them up in blender scenes for download, without permission, or credits... then to even charge for it, is a pretty shitty thing to do.
You are literally taking someone else's work without permission, and that is not ok.

Blender isn't 'The Sims', and a mesh in it's original format is rightfully owned by whoever created it.

I am legit so fed up now of getting messages from people telling me someone is re-uploading or selling our meshes as part of blender scenes, meshes that are 9 times out of 10 past early access, and already free & intended for in-game use/personal renders.
Some I've reached out to for using our meshes in scenes, apologize and remove our work. But others... well, they just simply 'block' 🙄 so I have no choice but to file a DMCA, which then puts me at risk from being doxed & having my personal info leaked.

We do not work hard on creating our content for the game, for others to use our meshes in their original format as they please, or to profit from our meshes outside of the game.
We create content for THE SIMS (but are ok with people using our meshes for their own, personal renders!)

I'm honestly at a loss of what to do at this point, do we just make everything exclusive?
But then our genuine supporters who like, appreciate & wait for our content to be free, will then miss out at the expense of others... 🤷🏼‍♀️
