He is the leader of the Verdant Stags and believes in a future of opportunity and equality for everyoneβand he will not let any obstacles stand in the way of his ambitions. He knows sacrifice is inevitable, but believes his cause is just.
Oliver looks a bit more tanned here, so let's say it's a summertime portrait.

Haha, you know you can always just stick with the version of him in your head! That's one of the benefits of the written word over visual mediaβyou get to influence everything with your own imagination and preferences! That said, if a young Idris Elba offered to play Oliver in the (imaginary) Netflix series, I'd definitely be tempted.

I think in my head he had a sort of Idris Elba/Chadwick Boseman kind of vibe with the suave elegance as a veneer over his ruthless fighter/scheming plotter personality. Still, heβs very handsome and I would definitely hear him out if he started talking about revolts.
