June Update (New story + S&B Announcement)

Good afternoon from my bedroom (also my writing desk)!

June is a great month. The sun is shining, holidays are looming on the horizon for those lucky enough to be able to go on them. The world is not in a great place, but I like to hope that my stories bring a bit of joy to my readers' days.

There are two major announcements I have to bring you today. One is bittersweet, while the other should be an exciting time for everyone who enjoys my writing.

The first announcement is that Book 2 of Salt and Blood is going to be the final instalment of the series. I have written a suitable conclusion to this part of Rose's story that should satisfy the readers as best as I can. I know there is more that I could tell of her adventures but unfortunately I do not have the capacity to keep up with the story. There are about enough chapters left in the story to fill the remainder of the month, so anyone who subscribed recently won't be losing out. However, Rose's tale does not end here!

Recently I was in some highly productive talks with Selkie Myth of Mango Media (The Author of BTDEM) and have been signed by Mango to publish a few of my books. Salt and Blood Book 1&2 are among those. They will both be getting thoroughly edited and given some snazzy new cover art, before being published to Amazon and Amazon KU. For those of you with a subscription or who will simply want to support then I'll keep you updated on the timeline for that. There will be some more exciting and relevant news to that later down the line too, so keep watching the patreon and discord for news.

Now, in addition to Salt and Blood, they have also signed Dao of Healing for publication. Books 1, 2, & 3, along with any future books in the series will be getting the same luxury treatment as Salt & Blood. This is super exciting for me, given that earlier this year I decided to pursue writing as a full time career and so far its been going great. You, my supporters, are the people I have to thank for that success and I hope you continue to read my stories and choose to give me your hard earned money in exchange for as long as I am able to write them!

Moving onto the final announcement of this post, I have some big news! This Wednesday, the 18th June, I will be releasing a brand new story on RoyalRoad and also here on my patreon. It is called 'The Apocalypse Grinder' and will be a LitRPG Apocalypse/Timeloop story featuring a stubborn dude called Ronan Steele. I will be posting the first chapters to Patreon starting tomorrow, with the plan being to have the first 40-50 chapters uploaded here by the end of Wednesday.

I would also appreciate if you could head over to RoyalRoad on the launch and show some love there as well as reading ahead here on patreon, since those rr stats are what will determine the story's success!

With the new launch, I will be making some changes to the patreon membership tiers, but if you are already subscribed there will be no change to your payment or loss of benefits, so don't worry. I will explain further when the changes drop on Wednesday!
