The idea is good, but it's too straightforward. If we do it in a more subtle way, so that Erin doesn’t find out but only slightly suspects, then yes. Otherwise, he’ll just see everything and want to deal with Mars directly.

But I can easily see an event among the lines of: 1) Vi, being Vi, at one point nonchalantly goes under table ensuring everyone knows what for and generally being quite vocal about it 2) when she's done getting her snack and sits back at the table, she would jokingly invite other girl(s) to have a go 3) during the conversation that follows, Erin gets distracted while one of the girls go under table and the event proper starts Hell, that could be a series of events with different girl getting under table each time and/or further escalation.
