NPC CG + Status update

So I'm finishing up the last few animated scenes. Not much left as of now.
As for who this character is, she's one of the ones that Elena bothers during the exhibitionism scenes. I thought for completion sake, I have to do something with them. So that is to say, she's a very minor character.
