Weekly update 1/7/21

Like I said I took last week off so It's just what was done this week.

Completed this week:

-2 commissions

-thumbnails for quickies number 5

plans for the next week:

-tomorrow I'll be streaming with the intention to finish a commission for wwuunnkil and the next two in the series for showstopper.

-Monday is the last planned stream in the old commissions format.

-Tuesday I want to finish Quickes #5, it will be posted here first and publicly a week later.

-Wednesday is a make up day to be sure im done with those first 3 points and the date for the next weekly update.

Updated plans for the future:

-first off the quickies are going to be an every other week thing instead of an every week thing. I still plan on working on them every Tuesday and the WIPs will be posted for tier 2 patrons.

-my amazing and wonderful boyfriend is giving me the opportunity to focus my commissions on improving my work and getting myself to an industry standard instead of struggling every month to make rent on time.

-3 types of commissions,

a hero pose that is closest to my current stream commissions(no background).

A ref sheet that will have all the bells and whistles for a high class character design and include a hero pose.

a full illustration where setting a scene with proper composition and background work will be king. all of these will involve a level of rendering and polish that hasn't been present in my work for over 6 months.

-pricing will be estimated in ranges and ill work with the client from the beginning to create a concept that fits their budget.

-I'll still be streaming on Mondays and Fridays but it will be focused on making progress on commissions rather than finishing them.
