...There’s a balance that must be struck, it seems, between futilely beating my head against writer’s block and slacking off completely. July was not the best start to this new approach, evidently.
Part of the problem is I got a higher dose of antidepressants and they fucking murdered my libido, which makes writing about sexy stuff a lot harder. Kinda gotta be in the mood, to a certain degree, or it ends up really dry and mechanical, lacking passion.
Not much else to talk about, honestly. I’m working on a new chapter of By The Horns (slowly, but surely) and have been toying with a kinda silly story idea I’ve been debating about going through with for a while. Still, I feel like I should try to at least get to the next bit of Happy Birthday before I go off the rails and do something completely not-patron-requested.
