Musings: February
Added 2018-02-03 13:29:07 +0000 UTCOh yeah, I guess I should probably do that monthly update post thing, huh. I entirely forgot until I was looking back over my page to see what was next to be released.
So yeah! January was okay. I was sick for the first week or so, so I lost some work time there. I did, however, use the time to move my computer setup such that I have fewer distractions, and I’m actually able to write on weekends now! So, that’s like, +40% productivity time there. Now, of course, I just have to actually use it regularly. I also started using this new app that’s been really good at getting me to actually take care of myself. Like, showering regularly, brushing teeth, eating healthier, actually exercising… I been trying to motivate myself to do this shit for years, depression makes it really hard to find the energy, but it turns out all it takes to get me to actually follow through with it is attaching an XP reward.
Anyways! Two stories last month! Things are heating up in the hot springs in By The Horns and Happy Birthday is BACK! I admit, I panicked a bit when the new community guidelines came out. A couple people told me it only applied to ‘real’ porn, but I didn’t want to risk it, considering the consequence for them being wrong was complete shutdown of my patreon. But, I’ve been watching some other patreon creators and they been posting ‘family-oriented’ stuff without issue, so I think I’m probably safe at this point. So, Happy Birthday is back, and ‘family’ stuff is back on the menu!
This month’s looking good so far, too! I had a bout of crazy productivity the last couple days, so I already have the first chapter for the month ready to post! I’m just getting started on another chapter of By The Horns now, too, so look forward to that soon! There’s a new $25 patron, too, so you can expect to see a new regular story showing up soon, as long as he sticks around. And if there’s still time after that, I can actually do some work on Bibiana’s Bargain! All in all, looking good!
