Hey y’all Squish here, with another monthly musing post!
So, as you may have noticed, I’m more than a little behind schedule. Basically, I took on some new responsibilities helping out my uncle, but it’s turned out to be much, much more disruptive than I expected it to be. It’s getting to the point that I’m probably going to have to back out of the arrangement pretty soon, because this just isn’t sustainable. Maybe I wasn’t as diligent and driven as I possibly could have been about making the most of the time I had available to write, but I really wasn’t expecting this to take up anywhere near as much time and energy as it has.
No progress on the current commission, unfortunately, I didn’t even have time to finish all the musings I promised last month. I am super-sorry about that, by the way. I’m about half-done with the last patron-owed one for the month of July, and 80% done with the free musing at the moment. Then it’s another four or five musings for August. If I can resolve this situation relatively quickly, I might have time to make some progress on this commission by the end of the month. My fingers are crossed, but it’s not looking likely.
SO, the musing I actually managed to finish in July is A Class Of Their Own, which should prompt some interesting responses from the general public once I go post it around. I’m also working on part 2 of Lien’s Adventures, and a special surprise musing on a subject people have been asking me about since the start of Daddy’s Home. I expect there should be three, maybe four new musings this month, not counting the two I’m still working on from July, so this should be an eventful month, at least! I hope you're all looking forward to it!
