Hey there, Squish here, with another monthly musing post/update!
Happy Birthday Ch. 3 continues to be forcibly delayed. I don't know WHY, but it's really kickin' my ass. Writer's block, then I got sick for a week, then a burst of productivity promptly followed by MORE writer's block... I really appreciate everyone's patience while I work it out. I'm almost certain it'll be out this month.
Last month's musing, Dibella's Blessing , is officially public now, and I'll go around to post it all over shortly. There were no musing suggestions for this month, but I think I have a fun idea, so look forward to that soon.
On a more serious note, I am... concerned. Ever since I finished Daddy's Home, my pledges, and their amounts, have been slowly but steadily declining. The musings have helped keep me afloat, but not being able to put out a full chapter last month has sorta opened my eyes to how unteneble this current situation is. Something has to change if I want to make this into a viable living. So, I have a question for you guys, my faithful, generous patrons. What would YOU want to see change? Should I go back to more 'realistic' themes, like incest? Would you pledge more if the higher tiers were better-incentivized? What kind of rewards would you like to see? Whatever happens, you can expect some changes to the patreon to come soon.

Also if you want to garner more attention you could like you said do incest stories but also look at the top trending/popular themes/keywords/tags for sites you present yourself on.

2017-02-04 14:54:13 +0000 UTCDo currently popular/relevant games, movies, tv shows, etc Ride the hype train always honestly it blows my mind that you didn’t do 2-4 chapter length stories on games like Overwatch, Dishonored 2, Pokémon sun and moon, The Witcher 3, fallout 4, Star Wars, suicide squad’s new harley quinn, Moana/[almost any disney movie], WoW: legion, and etc. Hype is a great free publicity even more so if a site has keywords or some sort of search and it may cause people to stay. Put out more content Some months you put just one musing and no story, if there is not a story we are only paying for one musing and that's not too appealing to pay for even more so when it's only 2-3 week ahead of everyone else and that's the $5 pledge not $1 pledge. If there is only one musing a month it makes $1 pledge not look great. Comparison to other writers you put less content compared to them and they offer it for $1 and we get it for $5. No point in better incentivizing if more content isn’t going to come out. Do something to/for pledges $1 isn't that appealing because there is only one musing a month, $5 only gives a one week early access to 1 story and musing No need to narrow themes There is so many different types of themes of art being done of popular titles like i mentioned selling well like of the titles i mentioned before [Personally] i like longer stories I don’t support you for monthly musings but more for longer stories Support the $20 pledge more, limit the slots, or something There are currently 3 patron $20 pledge and stories are done in rotation involving 3 groups. So if you are second or last you could be spending $60-$120 if a month isn’t missed and 1 story comes out a month with a wait time of 3-6 months. If a month is missed that $20 goes to a short story losing out $15.The math behind the pledge $20 isn’t compelling to be one. Personal input I think your doing good for amount of work you are doing while not riding the hype train.
