The tentacle theme seems less unpopular. I will consider creating similar themes in the future.

You could post the less explicit version where the woman is just assuming the position on twitter and then post the version where crowning occurs on Pixiv. If you feel uneasy to give it a try and if you think it won't suit the taste of the audience, no worries. No need to take to much risks. I just think that the majority of us here on Patreon would be okay with it because we're kind of used to seeing works with the theme of maternity.
