WIP: April 1st!...in a month

Hello! First post about the new project~

From today on, I have pretty much a month to finish the April 1st video I really wanted to make, and that's what I'm already working on! I already got started this week and it's going well. First, I want to try to get the whole structure done, and use until the last second to keep adding details and animations whenever I can. I'm working with a fixed deadline and not that much time, so this time I'm trying to be more careful with how I plan things and allow this to be simple if it needs to be.

I still haven't added any sounds, but I already defined those first, second and third parts. The gap in the middle still has to be done but it's pretty short, and the last one is going to get much longer. If I have the time, there will be a last one at the end.

It's not all full animation, but it's going to have some here and there. To be honest, this time most of the work for now is character posing, and photo editing - making fake UI, and editing renders of the characters to look prettier.

I really wanted to make an April Fools video so I could use the idea of Eternal Bonds again...remember this? It's related to this.

SE is releasing FFXIV Mobile, so I just thought it would be logical to release the otome game version as well. Except this time it's gacha because of course it is.

Personally, I'd much rather play the first one myself, but would I install and play something like it and feel obligated to pull every single G'raha banner? Yes, of course I would...I already play Tears of Themis, anyway. And I probably would play Love and Deepspace if my phone could run it well. Trying to get into it with an emulator, but it's not the same... :')

Just like in the last one, I'm trying to include a little bit of more characters in the mix, with G'raha being the obvious highlight. Since I got many comments last time with "where's lists every male character in the game???" I am including some of them here and there.

Admittedly, no one asked for Hermes, but I like him!!! He deserves appreciation too. If there's an Elpis banner, of course he would be there.

I'm trying to really keep in mind how I imagine this game would work for real, so hopefully it makes sense when you see it. I'll try to detail it more here as I go.

Is there any character you would like me to include? Let me know! Right now, I'm still rigging a few characters and deciding on the last cards...
