WIP: A late update!

Hello!

A littleee late with my usual WIP post, but everything's fine! Weekend was a bit busy, that's all.

Honestly, not a lot of new things to share about the project. It's almost done...but there's still a lot to do. I feel like everytime I try to finish a scene I end up adding a few more seconds to it. I hope it doesn't get too long. But I basically finished the first part!

...I know that's just a complete mess. I can't even tell what's going on anymore by looking at the timeline, so just pointing out the 1 minute and 5 seconds right there in the upper left corner! That's how much of the video is complete. I reorganized the order of a few shots from the last update, too, and added some new sound effects.

All shots (save for some animations I want to improve here and there) up to the marked point are fully animated! Trying to leave those adjustments for after I have the whole thing. Done is better than perfect, right?

And the Mahjong animation bits are pretty much all done, too.

What MUST be as perfect as I can achieve though, is having G'raha look his best in the close-up shots. That's what I'm here for, after all. He must be the more handsome character to ever exist in all of my animations, ever, all the time.

Something I've been practicing a lot making this video is lip-sync. It always takes me so long! Some of the shots were faster when the camera is far away, but I have one that's really close that took me at least 4 hours to get right, the mouth movement alone.

I'm still going to try my best to finish it by the end of the month. Not this week, though.

I still have a few unplanned scenes at the end, but I think the most complex shots are already done!

By the way, I gotta be honest and say I'm a bit out of ideas for patreon videos right now. I can't wait to share a behind the scenes of what I'm working on, but I want to have the video released first before that! Is there anything you'd like to see? Animation timelpases? Tutorials? Behind the scenes of past videos? Any specific questions about animation, premiere, blender? Questions about my character or headcanons? Listening to me gush about G'raha Tia for 3 hours?!
