The fairy tail IS ALSO the moment when you let yourself go for it. Whatever the outcome, at least that is final. He’d be moving forward one way or another, rather than sitting around spinning in his own head. As for apologies, he should only apologize if Noah cares. Starting a conversation with apology can be awkward, especially if Noah isn’t even bothered by what happened. He should just walk over to Noah, talk to him and see where the conversation goes.
