Small change to monthly requests.
Added 2021-01-28 21:08:36 +0000 UTCI will be messaging everyone for their monthly request on the 2nd of each month going forward. This is just due to Patreon always being a bit slow on the 1st of each month with updating a list of who is in what tier.
